is a spiritual guide and author who shows others the Pathway to the
Soul. He is also a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, gifted with
intuition, and specialized in group therapy. Among all the workshops
he offers to seekers of wisdom, the Personal Integration Process (PIP) is not only a stepping stone, but
can be a powerful milestone for others on the spiritual journey.
To develop the unique personal technology of the PIP, Dr. Carlos Warter has designed a
powerful, transformational immersion process into 3 different environments to create multiple levels of experience. These layers of experience range from working on personal issues to the opportunity to experience
fifth dimensional consciousness and learning how to truly be in community.

The Genome Approach Phase 1 PIP - Personal Integration Process
1) The first layer is in the context of a small group where one does his/her own individual work as coached by Dr. Carlos Warter. One must do the work of identifying and releasing and has group members to share with and help her/him. The environment is safe and designed to both experience essence and facilitate release. Release can appear unsettling but is ultimately very freeing.
2) The second layer, beyond freely experiencing essence and releasing negativity, directs one through the experience of growing as a unique individual in the context of community. Learning to integrate personal essence into life means learning true social and moral responsibility to the members of the small group. So, as a group member, one learns to be in integrity by moving and learning in sensitive rhythm to others members of the group. One is accountable to and socially responsible for other members of the group while one is also doing the personal work.
3) Thirdly, Dr. Warter stresses the importance and benefits of living in community heartfully and the grounding influence of meaningful work. Personality can flourish infused with essence when the individual sets external goals together with others in place of identifying with the negative conditioning. Small group collaboration leads to functioning integrally as part of a larger community, a unit, where one has the opportunity to learn the benefit of selfless service. The community projects entail cooperative work such as Habitat for Humanity or cleaning up a homeless shelter. By projecting intention and
selfless work into a larger context, we can transcend the feeling of victimization that accompanies our stories. One learns how to bring the heart into the living of essence. The heart, free of pain, becomes the common denominator for living in
community. This is the essence of Dr. Warter's teaching.
