Dr. Carlos Warter's Healing Pyramid
As a structure the pyramid has broad contact with the earth, secured by the force of gravity. At the same time it aspires to the heavens, extending upward and outward, toward the vast spaces beyond. Each horizontal plane of the pyramid thoroughly permeates the level below it and above it. The apex of the pyramid is a point in space.
At each level of the pyramid from the bottom up, there is less ground and more space. There is an apt model for our own situation-held to the earth by gravity as the divine love of heaven fills the space around us.
The pyramid is also an apt model for the process of changing our residence from the confines of the small picture of the bright, infinite space of essence. Effecting this transition is at the root of every religious and spiritual tradition. Making the transition from confinement to freedom is also at the root of this vision of health and healing.
As you can see from the illustration, the model is divided into four parts. If you've ever climbed a pyramid, you know that it is easiest to see the part of the pyramid that is at your own level or below. the higher you go, the more of the pyramid you can see below you. As you look up toward the top, the pyramid looks very small.
The levels of the healing pyramid are like that. we can know the earth very well and not ever be aware of the three above it, even though they are always available. however, as we expand our awareness to the other three levels, we find that our experience of the ground level becomes richer.
