The World Health Foundation for Development and Peace is a well known organization recognized in the international and the domestic community. Since its insertion has always been actively interested in addressing social and community necessities. The Foundation has:

• A history of funding by several sources, governmental or private
• Has demonstrated sound fiscal management
• Has a strong involved Board as many well committed volunteers
• Plans to incorporate a very qualified management staff

The Foundation is exempt from income taxes under U.S. Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).

The Foundation is now appealing to the private and public sectors to obtain unrestricted grants for its day-to-day operating costs (see appendix A).

The Foundation is also seeking a Management Development grant to hire a Fund-raiser Specialist to obtain the Seed Money required to design, start and establish the Program. This project has an estimated cost of approximate $125,000 dollars.
