What is Heartnet International?

Heartnet International is a community of individuals around the world that seek to live and be connected through essence and self actualization. The theme is to dissolve hatred, violence, and separation frequencies from the genetic coding of the emotional body creating an ascended state of fusion with spirit, self, inner Light, and the world. Healing the Heart of Humanity is naturally our next step as we evolve into full conscious awareness. Through activities of the World Health Foundation for Development and Peace a channel is created for contribution for those who so feel inclined.

Activating our essential identity is the work of Heartnet International. By shifting awareness to the spiritual identity at our core, we are able to productively govern our physical, mental and emotional states in all their aspects.

When aligned with our spiritual identity we serve our soul's mission and true purpose with lightness, joy and plenitude. In this state of the eternal essence, universal values readily come into being and our work in life assumes a clearer focus effortlessly, meaningfully and efficiently.

As every sacred tradition tell us, the doorway to our essential self is the heart. By entering it we embark upon a path in which love, compassion and divine intelligence guide our existence. We invite you to be part of this vision and work towards a global paradigm shift from the head to the heart, creating a worldwide community where people's lives are expressions of their true essence -- a society of souls.

Why the name "Heartnet?"

Feelings...Love...Essence...that is what the Heart is... and it is that to which we open in the Heartnet Workshops.

Heart - the affective center

On one level the heart is the feeling-center of the person, the seat of the emotions. When we speak of Heartnet on this level, we mean opening to our feelings, giving expression to our emotional selves.

Heart - the seat of love

At the center of the heart is pure, unconditional love for all beings. On this level Heartnet means opening to - rediscovering - this love.

Heart - the essence

The Heart means essence, core, center, the divinity within. Ramana Maharshi said "Call it by any name: God, Self, the Heart, or Seat of Consciousness. It is all the same. The point to be grasped is this, that Heart means the very core of one's being". On this level Heartnet means opening to our truest self, our core, our deepest place within, the place where we are all connected.

 The essence of being is love!

Heartnet affirms that the connectedness is from heart to heart thus creating a net of silent communion among those who are activated; Love is the activating fuel. Therefore the conscious affirmative process entails a ground of being which includes the following:

I love myself fully, deeply and passionately. 
It is safe for me to love. 
I love, accept, and trust myself. 
I love being me in everything I do. 
I am love, loved, and loving.
I see everyone through the eyes of love.
I love myself totally in every moment.
The more I love myself the more I love others.
I am open and willing to let the love in. 
I am lovable and have the right to Love.
My love is beautiful, and so am I.

Healing

I am alive in the present moment and I appreciate life.
I commit to healing all the way to the source within me.
My body, mind, heart, and soul are in complete balance and harmony.
I am filled with the healing light of the Divine.
Healing light flows through my body, mind, heart and soul.
The healing light of the Divine moves through every atom, cell, tissue, organ, and part of my body.
My body vibrates with the healing light of the Divine -- moving through me and out to the world.
My love and healing light touches all people I come in contact with--uplifting, healing, and bringing love into their hearts.
I am one with Divine Essence.
I am one with and created from Divine Essence.
I listen to and follow my Divine Wisdom.
I am complete in the total Essence of the Divine.
Every Cell in my body is a part of and created from Divine Essence.
I am intimately connected to the Divine in everything I do.

Talents

My Divine Essence awakens my talents and gifts.
I trust my Divine talents and gifts.
I am my own unique self with Divine talents and gifts.
I choose to know the Divine Essences will for me.
My talents is the act of kindness and love.
I live each moment with an open heart.
I open to that which gives me the greatest sense of fulfillment. 
I go into my own inner silence and open to my inner truth.
I am free, I am free, I am free to express my talents and gifts.
I trust my feelings, my gifts, and my intuition.
I face my fears, I meet my fears with an open heart and love.
I shine the light of truth unto my fears.
I let go of fear and trust myself, Divine Essence, and Life.
I observe my fear, and breathe love into it.
I open my arms to fear and say yes, yes, yes.

Letting Go

I release all the hurts, mistakes, and losses.
I let go of any individual, group, or situation and choose moment to moment to consciously learn the deeper truth.
I forgive people in my past and in the present.
I free myself from self-pity, hurt, resentment and live fully in the now.
I let go of being helpless and accept my love, wisdom, and power.
I surrender into love, harmony, joy, and aliveness.
